At Digihol, we specialize in digital products (digital planners, e-books, and templates). Because our products are digital software delivered via instant download, they are considered “used” after purchase and download.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete and the download link has been provided.
Why are digital products non-refundable?
Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned” or “restored” to our inventory once you have accessed the file.
Exceptions
We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
- Technical Issues: If the file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a functional replacement after you contact support.
